We hope you love each item you receive and, if not, we are here to make the process as smooth and easy as possible by giving you the choice or making an exchange or receiving an online credit. We are a small boutique and are unable to be lenient on certain items though, so please make sure you adhere to our policy.
- Merchandise must be regular priced. Unfortunately, all discounts are final sales.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, stained, washed or damaged.
- All tags must still be attached and products must be in their original form of packaging.
- A sales receipt must be sent with the item being returned.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase and addressed to Elise, the Boutique at 3194 Cobblestone Drive Pace, Florida 32571.
- Items from our Basics, Accessories, Jewelry, and Gifts collections are final sales.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Make an Exchange
One of the options you have when you make a return is to exchange the merchandise for a different size. If you love the style, please contact us before it sells out and we will hold the size you are requesting. We do this at no additional charge and will ship it to you when we receive your return.
Receive a Gift Card
If you do not wish to make an exchange on the item(s) you are returning, a credit will be e-mailed to you when your package is received in the form of an online gift card. You may use this balance on anything in our boutique within one calendar year.
* If your return is rejected, due to it not adhering to the policy above, you may have it shipped back to you for a $7.95 U.S. or $19.95 International shipping + handling fee.
